This workshop is designed to help parents take a
developmental look at the tasks of healthy parenting. Using both didactic and experiential
techniques we will explore how a balance of attachment, mirroring and
boundaries are all necessary components of helping children develop the
security needed to achieve their potential in both personal and professional
areas of their lives. The first segment of the workshop focuses on learning why
attachment, mirroring and boundaries are so important. In the second segment
parents will be encouraged to practice this knowledge through role play.

What provides increased satisfaction in relationships? It’s
the feeling of being truly heard, seen, understood and validated which all
leads to deeper trust and intimacy. Through experiential exercises we will
begin to get a better idea of how we can first understand, validate and trust
ourselves so that we may be better prepared to validate and trust others: all
the while never abandoning ourselves! We’ll
be pairing up to do some experiential work which makes this a great opportunity
to invite anyone with whom you would like to build more fulfilling intimacy.

The body remembers what the mind
forgets. In this workshop we will use experiential techniques to access
knowledge that exists on a cellular level. Art, movement, and psychodrama will
be used to get us in touch with our attitudes about our bodies and to learn
from the wisdom that they hold. The goal is to gain a better understanding of
how we can use this “body of knowledge”
to lead more fully functioning lives.

Creating A Mindset of Abundance

Does your self-worth affect your financial
worth? How would you describe your
relationship with money? Are you a
saver, a debtor, an impulsive spender, an anxious hoarder? Do you feel entitled to money? Guilty about your financial
worth? Resentful,
or jealous of others? These
feelings and choices are based on our core beliefs, values, and emotional
states, arising from our unique life circumstances and experiences.
This workshop will use psychodrama and
other action methods to explore our relationship with money. Correcting self-defeating attitudes, beliefs
and behaviors around money will lead to healthy, financially sound planning,
goal setting, and money management.
